I can't say that I've encountered them... that's Jack Black and his friends isn't it? Ah yes, a swift Google search confirms that, and sends
us once again to YouTube...
Who doesn't love Tenacious D? I've loved them since before they were famous. When Jack Black got all famous, all the teens were all "OMG! Jack
Black's in a band!"
Bah! I knew who they were ages ago. In fact, Kyle (the other half ot Tenacious D) is in "Wild Hogs"... as a karaoke singer!
I own the DVD. Anything with Tim Allen is automatically bought because the disabled guy loves him. And, I can't turn down a movie with William H. Macy.
He's just bloody awesome.
I was really surprised to see how funny John Travolta was in the flick. I figured with Tim Allen and Martin Lawerence (both comedians) that Travolta would be a
straight player. But, he was by far the funniest of all of them.
And, of course, imagine my delight when I saw Kevin Durand as one of the bikers. *swooooon*
Sounds like fun. Ah, Yahoo Movies does include a pic of Marisa Tomei in their selection for the movie, I see, though the one from "Someone Like You"
is better I think:
Not only is he easy on the eyes, he's funny and talented as well. He was in "Mystery, Alaska" with Russel Crowe- which I went to see on my
birthday the year it was released. That was also the first time I saw him in a movie. And, he was quite good in "310 to Yuma" with Crowe. I have yet
to see "Smokin' Aces"... its on the list now...
And YouTube has a clip of him from that show... but then YouTube has most things!
